Dr. Johnston grew up on a farm in Germany. At an early age she was
exposed to the brutality of breeding and raising livestock for food
production. A visit to the slaughterhouse quickly turned her onto
becoming a vegetarian.
But it was for health reasons in the end that brought her to a 100%
wholesome plant-based diet. In her early twenties Tanja began to
suffer from precursors of a long list of chronic disorders. Joint pains,
hormonal imbalances, hair loss and weight gain all began to impact
her overall health and well-being.
Now at almost 50, she feels at the top of her health and is guiding
clients of all ages to upgrade their health with the help of whole food
based diet with targeted natural supplements.
